Account Verification

Automated verification checks:

For all UK players, upon registration, we will attempt to electronically verify your details via our automated software.  If your account passes these checks then we will not require any further information from you at that time.

However, should your account fail this process then we'd just require some further documentation to get you up and running.  If this is the case then you will be notified with a real-time 'pop-up' on the website, and an email with further info will be sent to your registered email address. 

What do we need if you are asked to provide verification documents?
A copy of valid photo identification (e.g. passport, driving license or national identity card) that shows the address currently registered on your GentingBet account. If your ID does not show the address registered, please also provide a copy of a utility bill or bank statement (dated within the past 3 months) that does.
